Lord Dhanvantri was installed in the central lawn of the hospital by Bhagawan Baba. Dhanvantri Jayanti is celebrated every year as a mark of respect to the God of Medicine. Here ceremonial bath is being given to Lord Dhanvantri followed by smearing of sandalwood paste and kumkum on his feet.

The Vice President of Venezuela Ms. Delcy Rodrigues visited the Prasanthi Nilayam Ashram on a personal trip. During her stop-over she visited the SSSIHMS, Prasanthigram to know more about the Sri Sathya Sai Health Mission.

The Sevadal and Staff of SSSIHMS conducted a Bhajan Session comprising 94 bhajans on the evening of November 2, 2019 

The Bhajan is held every year in the first week of November in the Central Prayer Hall of the hospital. 

Lighting lamps in the form of Om Sri Sai Ram and 94 marking the occasion of Swami's 94th Birth anniversary. The Bhajan ended with Aarti to Bhagawan Baba by Director, Dr. Gurumurthy. 

The SSSIHMS, Prasanthigram, provided training to the Ashram Staff and local police about the procedure to provide first aid in emergency situations

The training included a hands on approach to the steps of Basic Life Support and steps to be taken for common emergencies like snake bite or arresting blood loss.
